Where Healing Begins and Wholeness Grows
​Every individual on earth encounters difficulties, challenges, and losses, including health, self-worth, self-esteem, meaningful relationships, joy, peace, or loved ones. These experiences can cause distress and lead to the formation of inaccurate beliefs about oneself, others, the world, and even deities. Emotional reactions and dysfunctional behaviors may develop as a way to cope with these issues, though such attempts are often ineffective.
